The 2026 Scholarship Application period opens February 1, 2026!


Please download and complete the application below.  Applications must be emailed to fdtsvicechairman@gmail.com and received by 23:59 EST, 15 March, 2026 to be eligible for consideration. The subject line should include: 2026 Scholarship Application.

eligibility

 

  • Child of active duty, reserve, national guard or retired service member of the US Army.
  • Applicant must have a valid military ID
  • Currently enrolled in, or a High School Senior Graduating in June of 2026 accepted into or attending a full-time accredited program of study.
  • Must commence program of study no later than the start of the academic year following the date the scholarship is awarded.
  • The applicant’s military sponsor must reside within a 50-mile radius of Fort Drum, NY.

The Fort Drum Thrift Shop follows the Carthage school closing schedules, as well as Fort Drums delays.  If either school is delayed or closed, the Thrift Shop will also be delayed or closed, as well.  Please check our website and/or Facebook page for announcements of the Thrift Shop holiday and block leave closures.  Check these sites also for weather delays and closures.
